When Intercapital looked to move 1200 personnel from 2 city locations to Broadgate, they turned to EXACT MOVES for their move solution.

Spread over 5 weekend phases, the move comprised transfer of bulk filing, computer equipment and selected furniture including items requiring specialist knowledge such as times two storage units.

Once appointed, EXACTS brief was expanded to include rationalisation and removal of redundant computer equipment and clearance of redundant furniture from the vacated sites.

Removal services have been deployed within and between all principal London sites at Wigmore Street, George Street and Portman Square as well as provincial offices at Hertford, Solihull and Manchester.

Specialist services supplied include computer decommissioning and sequential filing packing and unpacking.

Reid Minty, a west end law firm employing about 70 staff, contracted EXACT MOVES earlier this year to move them from Grosvenor Street.

The move logistics were particularly awkward as Reid Minty were moving from and to multiple floors without the availability of a lift.

The move consisted of bulk filing and storage, personal contents, computer equipment and approximately half of the existing furniture stock.
